How long does a photo session last?

A.It depends on the type of session purchased. Occasionally, we offer a few 30-minute mini-sessions. Our general session is about 60 minutes long. Our VIP session is 2-3 hours. Personal branding sessions vary depending on the goals of the session.

What types of photography do you specialize in?

A.I love people! I specialize in inspired portraiture which includes, high school seniors, families, couples, maternity, headshots, and generational photographs.

I also photograph private retreats, events, family reunions, anniversary parties, bat mitzvahs, bar mitzvahs, and just about any other event you can imagine.

Do you shoot weddings, elopements, and engagements?

A.Yes. I do a few select weddings every year and love small intimate elopements and engagement shoots.

How many family members are included in a family photo session.

A.Family sessions include your immediate family (i.e. Mom, Dad, kids). Extended family (i.e. grandparents, aunts, uncles, favorite cousins) can be added for $25 per person.

Can I have the RAW/Unedited files?

A.No. In my work, I focus on quality, versus quantity, and provide a gallery of the very best images from your session. The RAW/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances. Those files are my intellectual property.

What should I expect after the session?

A.We’ll connect either in person or via an online video reveal session to review your gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session. This timeline is also specified in your agreement. You’ll choose your images at the reveal session and place your product order at that time.

How much does a photo session cost?

A.We provide pricing after the initial discovery call.

Our sessions are customized for you. There is nothing cookie-cutter here. We honor your vision and collaborate with you to ensure you are happy with your photographs.

Pricing is based on a session fee and product collection. You can add more products at your session reveal appointment if you want more.

How do I book and pay?

A.You’ll receive an agreement and invoice via email that you’ll electronically sign and pay online. Easy peasy!

Sessions are paid in two payments unless other arrangements are made. The first payment is required at the time of booking. Time slots are not held until the deposit is paid.

How does payment work?

A.Your 50% session deposit locks in your date and is non-refundable. The final 50% payment is due a week before your photo session, unless otherwise arranged.

Do you offer a payment plan?

A.Yes. We make this process easy and worry-free.

Can I add more images or products to my package?

A.Of course. Additional products are available.

What if I have to reschedule my session?

A.We reschedule to address safety and health concerns primarily. However, if the weather will prevent us from getting high-quality images, we may reschedule for that. Please remember that we’ve held your session date specifically for you and in many cases have turned down other client sessions once your date is booked. We are reasonable and understand that sometimes life happens. We do try to be flexible.

What should I wear?

A.Your favorite outfits and colors! I offer some guidelines to help if you need inspiration.

Will you remove my wrinkles?

A.No. Your images are retouched to even out skin tone and remove blemishes. Wrinkles are a natural part of who you are.

Can you make me look slimmer in the pictures?

A.I’ll photograph you using flattering angles. I capture the real YOU. You will look like YOU.

Do you edit all of the images?

A.No. I edit the best images based on high standards and artist discretion.

Will Lisa Craig Photography travel to me?

A.Yes. Lisa travels to many client locations, retreats, and other events. Message her and we'll figure it out.
